Join one of our weekend retreats.

2017 will be our 6th 3 day wellness retreat!

Our retreats are held in various locations including the rolling hill side of Dayboro, one of the most beautiful parts of Queensland and Daylesford Victoria, the picturesque and healing spa center of Victoria.

Both men and women, couples or friends are welcome. To truly enable you to focus on yourself,  our retreats are for adults only.

We provide a combination of activities, guided by our Professional Counsellors and Therapists.

Everything is taken care of so all you need to do is arrive and let go
